gRAD (generic Rapid Assay Device)

   The gRAD is supplied sealed in a white foil pouch ready to use.

   The pouch is only marked with a batch code allowing you to apply your own labeling if required.

   The gRADs are supplied in plain boxes of 40 units.

   Validation studies for each batch are available on this Homepage.

   RapidAssays currently provides three gRAD products depending on the type of detection
   antibody you want to use.

   You produce your own assay-specific reagents using the simple kits and methods provided.

   The gRAD contains a filter allowing direct analysis of whole blood or particulate suspensions.

Reagents

  RapidAssays provides simple, easy-to-use methods and protocols allowing you to develop
  your own rapid assay. To this end RapidAssays provides user-friendly gold colloid conjugation
  kits. A simple titration is carried out to optimize the coating pH for your detection antibody.
  Protocols are also provided for the biotinylation of your capture antibodies.

Pipettes   To improve cost-effectiveness, RapidAssays also provides low-cost, high-precision,   fixed-volume, multiple-use pipettes which can be supplied with every box of tests.   Available in 50 µl and 100 µl delivery volumes for use with gRAD.          MM50 - A 50-µl fixed-volume pipette supplied with a bag of 50 pipette tips          MM100 - A 100-µl fixed-volume pipette supplied with a bag of 50 pipette tips Reader   To complete the package RapidAssays provides a transportable reader that is able   to stand alone or be integrated into your computer system by means of the supplied   software. The reader can be calibrated for multiple assays to output the data in the   format you wish.            ESE Gold - Reader is developed for use with gold colloid and is supplied with cables          and software to allow it to be connected to a computer, as well as a robust transport case.
